PARTNERA PARTNERSHIP WITH PURPOSE

MOINACARE began long before it had a name.
Its roots are in Tornal, a small village near Narayankhed, India, where Khaja Moinuddin, a teacher and father, worked hard to create educational opportunities for his family. His belief in education helped make possible a professional journey centered on healthcare quality, patient safety and the prevention of avoidable harm.
The mission is also shaped by personal loss. Dr. Shaik Mohiuddin lost a sister to congenital heart disease at a time when the specialized care and resources she needed were beyond the family’s reach. Her memory remains a deeply personal reminder that safer, higher-quality care must matter to each patient and family.
MOINACARE carries that legacy forward by sharing expertise with healthcare leaders committed to building safer systems, stronger local capability and sustainable change.
Each pathway is shaped around your context and agreed scope.
SELECTIVE, MISSION-ALIGNED PARTNERSHIPS
MOINACARE considers a limited number of pro-bono partnerships with organizations facing a meaningful healthcare quality or patient-safety challenge, particularly where access to specialist improvement support is limited. Resource-constrained settings, underserved communities and health systems in low- and middle-income countries are encouraged to express interest. Eligibility depends on the need and the organization’s ability to act on the support, rather than its country or income classification alone.
Potential partners include government and public-sector health leaders, health systems, hospitals and medical centers, universities and schools of public health, NGOs and development partners, and professional organizations.
Applicants should explain why pro-bono support is needed, describe the challenge they want to address, and identify an executive sponsor and local team willing to lead the work. They should be able to establish a practical baseline, participate throughout the engagement and sustain effective changes after MOINACARE’s direct support ends.
MOINACARE selects partnerships based on the potential to improve care, the value its expertise can add, and the partner’s commitment to local ownership. An expression of interest does not guarantee selection.
